Please note that we do not offer a hatch guarantee for egg orders. The hatch rate can be influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including shipping/travel conditions (such as rough handling, drops, vibrations, extreme temperature and humidity, exposure to x-rays, and delays), as well as incubation and handling practices (like the quality of the incubator, candling, incorrect temperature or humidity, temperature fluctuations, and opening the incubator during hatching).

Please be aware that we do not offer returns or refunds on chicks. Additionally, we do not guarantee the sex of any chicks. Once the chicks have left our farm, there are various factors that can affect their survival, including the conditions in the brooder, temperature, humidity, and overall care. Proper handling and environment are crucial, and we cannot be held responsible for mortality caused by factors beyond our control after the chicks have left our care. It’s important to ensure proper care is provided to ensure their health and well-being.  If you have questions on setup we will gladly assist to the best of our ability.
